Her work spans commercial, analytical and corporate functions, with experience supporting searches at director, vice president, C-suite and board level.
Bia has more than five years of experience in executive search and business advisory. During this time, she has worked across oil and gas, energy trading, renewables, chemicals, manufacturing and construction. Before joining Proco Group, Bia worked at Russell Reynolds Associates and Ducatus Partners. At Ducatus, she led international research teams and delivered cross-border searches across the US, Europe and Latin America. She brings strong market knowledge, structured research and a global perspective to her work.
Outside of executive search, Bia has been an active member of the Junior League for 10 years across London, Washington, DC and Houston. She has led diversity and inclusion initiatives, mentored members and contributed to panel discussions and community programmes. Bia holds an MA in International Relations and Management from the University of St Andrews and an MSc in Security Studies from University College London. She is fluent in English, Portuguese and Spanish, with advanced Italian and conversational German.
