She has a strong track record of building and scaling markets, leading regional operations and partnering with multinational and regional organisations on strategic talent initiatives.
Throughout her career, Juliana has worked extensively across the industrial and manufacturing sectors, with particular depth in packaging, energy and infrastructure. She partners closely with C-level and senior executives to identify, assess and attract transformational leaders across supply chain, operations, engineering and commercial functions. Her approach combines deep market insight, strong commercial acumen and long-term relationship building.
Prior to joining Proco Group, Juliana held senior leadership roles within executive search firms, where she successfully launched and led operations in Colombia and Mexico. She is recognised for her entrepreneurial mindset, consistent delivery and ability to develop trusted partnerships across the LATAM region.
