With over 20 years of search and advisory experience, Kati partners with senior leaders across trading and commercial functions to build high-performing teams. She is known for her transparent, relationship-driven approach and her ability to combine market insight with pragmatic, strategic advice.

As a leader of Proco Group’s practice across North America, Kati advises trading houses, integrated energy companies, utilities, private equity-backed platforms and merchant firms on critical leadership hires and long-term talent strategy.
