In August, Proco employees from across our global offices celebrated end-of-quarter with a company performance overview and presentation of promotions and awards. We then kicked our feet up, enjoyed some drinks, food and team-building activities.

One of the most exciting takeaways from our Q1 presentation was the results of our second Net Promoter Score (NPS) survey. This was sent out to clients to measure how satisfied they are with our services. We received some insightful feedback and we’ve already started implementing some positive changes to way we do things at Proco as a result.

The most encouraging piece of feedback from the NPS results was that clients are largely happy with our approach. So plenty for us to celebrate!

These end-of-quarter events are a great way to mark the successes of our colleagues and the company as a whole.

Check out what some of our offices got up to below.

Brighton and London
Our London team travelled to Brighton for celebrations by the seaside. After their presentation, they headed to a nearby bar in Brighton’s Lanes, where they enjoyed some well-earned drinks and a delicious buffet of food.

These end-of-quarter events are always a great opportunity for both of our UK offices to gather and catch-up, face-to-face.

Singapore
The Singapore office took a daytrip to Sentosa Island, where they relaxed on the beach and enjoyed an indulgent meal and drinks. They also had plenty to celebrate, including the promotion of their very own John Ong to senior consultant and a teammate’s birthday too!

Frankfurt
The Frankfurt team took to the outdoors, following their presentation with an afternoon in a tree climbing park, Kletterwald Taunus, where they took team building to new heights (literally!). The whole team had a memorable day out filled with laughter in the wilderness.

This quarter, our global head of talent acquisition, Victoria Hancock based in our London office, took the prize. Victoria has been an asset to the company, bringing a steady flow of new recruits into our offices internationally.

That marks the end of another successful quarter at Proco. We’re already working hard to delivering great results across the coming months for Q2, so watch this space for more promotions and awards to come.
