The challenge:

Building on a strong partnership between Proco Global and the client in Europe, we were brought in to fill a CAPEX Procurement Manager position to be based in China, Thailand or India. After a comprehensive search in all locations, that role was successfully filled in India.

We were then selected to assist in the search for candidates with brewing experience for roles based in remote locations in Myanmar, Vietnam and Laos.

The solution:

Our global research team looked to our extensive beverage and brewing network for candidates that were qualified and willing to relocate. Because of our strong ties with supply chain professionals globally, we were able to quickly pull together a short list of suitable candidates that included talent based all over the world.

Our results:

The Supply Chain Director (Laos) position was filled with a candidate that was working in the brewing industry in Russia, who had previous experience in Asia.  Following our initial approach, he was happy to consider and accept the role in Laos.

Proco Global has formed a strategic partnership with the client globally and has filled all senior-level procurement or supply chain roles (that have been placed with external candidates) in the APAC region since our partnership began in 2013.
