After centralising its entire supply chain function to Switzerland, this multinational approached Proco Global to find eight candidates across Procurement, Supply Chain Systems & Process Management, Forecast to Schedule and Business Information, Trade Compliance, Domestic Transportation and EHS.
With new headquarters in Berne, the client sought candidates who were ambitious, entrepreneurial and adventurous. They needed candidates to be absolute experts in their field, with specialist skillsets including in-depth knowledge of the Swiss principle tax structure.
Our Process & Chemicals team, working with a dedicated research function across EMEA, was able to provide the client’s recruitment team (made up of three Senior Managers and three HR/Talent Managers) with weekly search reports to share feedback from candidates, provide valuable market information and offer insights into individuals, market trends and competitor benchmarking.
With a large internal recruitment team, it was important that information relating to the search was carefully communicated to everyone involved.
