Based on the research and guidelines from the instruction brief, Proco Group will create a long list of suitable candidates, focusing on individuals from targeted organisations.

03 Target List

Proco Group refines the long list to highlight the most suitable candidates for approach, with your final input determining the individuals included.

04 Approach

Proco Group completes discreet calls to target candidates, followed by further assessment of their CVs and backgrounds to identify those with the most relevant skills, experience and genuine interest in the role.

05 Interview

Proco Group conducts initial interviews with candidates, which are tailored to assess both technical and personal attributes of candidates, while discreetly evaluating their affordability.

06 Short List

After consultant interviews, Proco Group presents a shortlist of the most suitable candidates with a standardised report and CVs, summarising their suitability, affordability and key considerations for each individual.

07 Client Interviews

Proco Group coordinates interviews for the shortlisted candidates you select, maintaining communication to provide feedback and manage expectations throughout the process.

08 Offer

Proco Group supports offer negotiations and works closely with the successful candidate to carefully manage the resignation process once an offer is accepted.
