Developer
Developers focus primarily on business development, client relationships and growing their specialist market. They work closely with a Researcher, who supports the delivery of searches and candidate engagement.
The role is well suited to people who are commercially driven, enjoy building senior relationships and want to develop a strong client portfolio.
Researcher
