Our 360 Consultants manage the full retained executive search process, combining client development with search delivery. They build relationships with clients, win new business, identify and engage candidates, manage assignments and advise both sides throughout the process.
This role suits people who enjoy combining commercial development with hands-on search delivery.
Developer
Developers focus primarily on business development, client relationships and growing their specialist market. They work closely with a Researcher, who supports the delivery of searches and candidate engagement.
The role is well suited to people who are commercially driven, enjoy building senior relationships and want to develop a strong client portfolio.
Researcher
Researchers work in partnership with a Developer and focus on search delivery rather than business development. Their role includes market mapping, identifying and engaging candidates, managing candidate relationships and supporting searches from brief through to completion.
