Farid joined Proco Global in 2017 with the goal of developing Mexico’s office into the largest Supply Chain Management recruiter in the country. He brings 5 years of team management and search experience with strong and fast career development.
During his career he has developed relationships with top global companies within the Industrial Equipment, Process & Chemical and Automotive sectors. He has supported many top global companies to strengthen their structure with key strategic roles across Mexico.
This focus means he has a deep understanding of the complexity of the market and that gives him the opportunity to offer the best solution to his clients.
Before he began working in executive search, Farid had previous experience working in technical areas developing a Lean Manufacturing project for a major global company. Adding to this, his Industrial and Systems Engineering Bachelor’s Degree allows him to build a unique understanding of end-to-end Supply Chain and Operations.
