Helen joined Proco Group in April 2017. Helen leads the HR team responsible for implementing our People Strategy. Responsibilities include onboarding, learning & career development, employee engagement & relations, organisational development and reward across all of our locations.

Helen is CIPD qualified and has 13 years HR experience in a range of different sectors. During her HR career, Helen has developed expertise across all HR specialisms both in-house and as a HR Consultant. Helen has also gained international HR experience in Asia, USA and Europe.

Founded in 2008, we have grown from a single office in Brighton to operate from 12 offices in the world’s largest markets.

We made the move into Asia, the Americas and Europe within five years of our launch for two reasons: the belief that we need to be where our clients are, and the specialist nature of our approach to recruitment across the supply chain.
