Omar Akram joined Proco Global with 14 years of recruitment experience with some of the industry’s leading agencies. He also has over 12 years of human resources experience, specialising in talent management, leadership development, transformational change, operational processes and international employee relations.

As Chief Operating Officer, Omar is responsible for implementing and driving Proco Global’s people and operational processes. He also supports the Group CEO with our programme of international expansion, taking strategic responsibility for setting up new offices all over the world.

We made the move into Asia, the Americas and Europe within five years of our launch for two reasons: the belief that we need to be where our clients are, and the specialist nature of our approach to recruitment across the supply chain.
