As Proco Group’s Chief Customer Officer, Stephen’s primary responsibility is to define, develop and deliver consistent standards of service and support across all Proco brands worldwide. In doing so, the business can strive towards creating positive outcomes for all stakeholders—namely customers, candidates and employees.

Part of Stephen’s role is to ensure that Proco is surpassing the level of service and scope that clients expect from a recruitment service by putting them at the centre of everything the business does.

Stephen has been employed with Proco Group for over five years. Prior to his appointment to CCO, he held positions with Proco Group as regional CEO of the Americas, managing director (Hong Kong) and director (North America). He brings almost 20 years of industry experience to the table with 15 of these in leadership positions across the Americas, APAC and EMEA.
