Alejandro brings more than 14 years of experience working for international headhunting firms, developing his network across North and Latin America within several practices such as agro-industry, energy, chemicals, food and beverage, and consumer markets. With a Bachelor’s in psychology, he has experience leading Talent Development and Diverse HR projects across the Americas, holding certifications in Hogan Assessment and AIRS Certified Diversity Recruiter training.
Alejandro has completed the AIRS Certified Diversity Recruiter training, and is a Certified Diversity and Inclusion Recruiter (CDR).
