Stuart joined Proco Commodities following a 10 year executive search and leadership career within two UK listed businesses, prior to this Stuart spent 9 years serving in the British Army.
As the EMEA Director, Stuart is responsible for driving strategy across the Proco Commodities European market offering, whilst assisting businesses with complex hiring mandates.
Stuart possesses C-Level relationships and has a particular focus on leading the firm’s industrial practice, supporting midstream and downstream organizations across their Supply Chain, Manufacturing and Quality & Operational Excellence functions.
Stuart and the team are able to provide a unique insight into these firms and regularly conducts competitor analysis and compensation reports on behalf of their clients.
